ABSTRAKSI
Transistor merupakan pengembangan dari Tabung Hampa (Vacuum Tube). Fungsi utama dari sebuah transistor adalah penguat sinyal dan sebagai saklar elektronik. Dibandingkan dengan Tabung Hampa, transistor mempunyai kelebihan antara lain bentuk fisiknya yang lebih kecil dan daya yang digunakan lebih kecil. Secara tipikal transistor mempunyai tiga kaki, yaitu: Basis, Emiter, dan Kolektor. Untuk menentukan kaki Basis, Emiter, dan Kolektor dari sebuah transistor biasanya digunakan multimeter.
Transistor terbagi menjadi dua tipe yaitu PNP dan NPN. Untuk transistor tipe PNP di simbolkan dengan tanda panah kedalam, sedangkan untuk transistor tipe NPN di simbolkan dengan tanda panah keluar. Dalam melakukan perbedaan tipe transistor ini lah banyak masyarakat awam yang sulit membedakannya. Untuk memudahkan perbedaan tipe transistor itu maka digunakan lah IC 555 dan IC 4027.
IC 555 adalah satu dari sekian banyak IC pewaktu (timer). Kelompok rangkaian ini dipakai untuk menentukan waktu tunda dengan tepat, alat ini hanya dapat memberikan tegangan output tinggi atau rendah. Karena output dari IC 555 hanya mempunyai dua kondisi yang memungkinkan.
IC 4027 adalah sirkuit terpadu monolitik, tersedia dalam 16-kaki. memiliki dua jenis bungkusan plastik atau keramik dan plastik kemasan mikro. Fungsi dari IC ini ialah menetapkan fungsi reset sendiri dan menginisialkan ketika sinyal tingkat tinggi hadir baik pada set atau reset input.

ABSTRACT
Transistor is the development of the Vacuum Tube (Vacuum Tube). The main function of a transistor is the signal amplifier and the electronic switch. Compared with Vacuum Tube, the transistor has the advantage among other physical form are smaller and power used is smaller. In a typical transistor has three legs, namely: base, emitter and collector. To determine the base leg, emitter, and collector of a transistor is usually used multimeter.
Transistor is divided into two types of PNP and NPN. For type PNP transistors with arrows symbol in, whereas for the NPN type transistor with arrows symbol out. In making this distinction is the type of transistor many ordinary people are difficult to distinguish. To facilitate the different types of transistors used is that the IC 555 and IC 4027.
IC 555 is one of the many IC timer (timer). This circuit group used to determine the appropriate time delays, this tool can only provide a high output voltage or low. Because the output of IC 555 only has two possible conditions.
IC 4027 is a monolithic integrated circuit, available in 16-feet. has two types of plastic or ceramic package and plastic micro package. The function this IC, set and reset functions are independent of the clock and are iniated when a high level signal is present at either the set or reset input.

ANALISA JARINGAN LAN PADA PT.ADIRA FINANCE DEPOK
ABSTRAKSI
Tugas Akhir ini membahas tentang Analisa Jaringan LAN Pada PT.ADIRA FINANCE Depok, yang menggunakan perangkat-perangkat jaringan komputer LAN baik yang berupa perangkat keras maupun perangkat lunak.
Jaringan komputer menjadi satu hal yang sangat penting dalam berbagai bidang, antaranya : perusahaan,sekolahan maupun universitas. Berkenaan dengan pentingnya jaringan komputer itu sendiri, maka dibuatlah Analisa Jaringan LAN ini. Jaringan komputer ini sangatlah membantu dalam meningkatkan kinerja sistem jaringan dalam suatu instansi.
Untuk membangun suatu jaringan beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan adalah pemilihan perangkat keras dan topologi jaringan yang tepat. Dengan mengetahui hal tersebut maka pengguna dapat memilih topologi jaringan yang sesuai kebutuhan. Untuk memperjelas ulasan penulis mengambil contoh dua unit kerja/Unit Pelaksana Teknis sebagai studi kasus
Pemilihan perangkat dan topologi jaringan yang sesuai sangatlah menentukan baik tidak nya suatu sistem jaringan komputer.
Dari Analisa Jaringan ini didapatkan kesimplan bahwa pemanfaatan jaringan komputer ini sangatlah penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja dalam suatu instansi tertentu.

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF TEACHING VOCABULARY THROUGH SONGS: AN EXPERIMENTAL AND CONTROL CLASS AT THE 3rd GRADE OF SDN PUSPIPTEK SERPONG-TANGERANG
ABSTRACT
Recently, learning English that is done in a primary school has made a learning method with curriculum basic learner. This curriculum is a project for learning process that is done face to face. During doing a learning system, that learning approach, was done in order to finish a certain target from learning syllabus and to make a student become understand the entire syllabus. It can be stated according to the function that in learner process they have three variables, which are teaching as an informant or resource person, media as an approach, student as an object.
Actually the ability and the willingness of the students become the important part of the students’ understanding toward the lesson. But if it’s not supported with teaching ability, the understanding English lesson will not be optimal. Therefore, through this thesis the writer will described a motivation approach in order to improve a vocabulary learning to let the elementary student of third grade be more convenience in learning situation.
Basically, it was two classes of third grade have been observed to support the research in conformity assessment to obtain it validation of learning by song approach. The first class is determined as an Experimental class and the other one is as a Control class. Those two classes above will functionally process by song treatment and by no song treatment. Based on this performance the writer was decided to collect a data sample from two classes of Third Grade belong to a Government School called SDN PUSPIPTEK. This sampling is justified based on the future requirement for the student to continue their study in the RSBI secondary school.
It was known that the “t” value have a strong relationship to the Pre-Test and Post-Test score of the classes under process. The assessment result between of those two Test are verified quantitatively by using a student “t” analyses in between of significant degree of 5 % to 1 %. The “song” observation approach was proved it reliability with it significant result based on the increasing quality of learning of the experiment class capability. The conformity degree was achieved by a validity point as 2, 00 < 8, 07 > 2, 67. This successful observation was depending to a good collaboration between motivator (teacher) and student during class that was created by a song approach.

Dalam era globalisasi sekarang ini, tekhnologi informasi melaju dengan cepatnya. Adapun computer yang merupakan peralatan yang diciptakan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan manusia, saat mencapai kemajuan baik di dalam pembuatan hardware maupun software.
Koperasi karyawan merpati pos membutuhkan sekali adanya suatu sistem informasi yang menunjang dan memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan bagi para anggotanya. Untuk itulah penulis mencoba membuat Tugas Akhir mengenai sistem peminjaman uang pada Koperasi Karyawan Merpati Pos yang sampai saat ini belum terkomputerisasi.
Pada saat ini Koperasi Karyawan Merpati Pos hanya berupa unit yang bergerak di bidang simpan pinjam. Sistem yang ada pada Koperasi Karyawan Merpati Pos ini masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari pencatatan data pinjaman hingga pembuatan laporannya yang berhubungan dengan pinjaman, sehingga memungkinkan pada saat proses berlangsung terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan, kurang akuratnya laporan yang di buat dan keterlambatan dalam pencarian data-data yang diperlukan.
Komputerisasi sistem merupakan solusi yang terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada pada unit koperasi ini, serta dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi dapat tercapai sesuatu kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang aktifitas pada koperasi ini.
Maka dari itu dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi lebih baik dari sistem yang manual agar berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien serta sistem pinjaman yang sekarang lebih kondusif dibandingkan dengan sistem yang terdahulu.

That is why the writer tries to make Final Assignment concerning with The loan system in Koperasi Karyawan Merpati Pos which is up to now the company has not applied the computerized system yet.
At this moment, Koperasi Karyawan Merpati Pos is a cooperation which is operating in saving and loan. The system which is being applied now in this company still done manually, start from loan data record-keeping till the report making which deal with loan, one of those phases might trigger some mistakes in doing the registration, less of accurateness from the reports made by and the lateness in finding required data or documents.
The computerized system is not only the best solution to solve some problems appeared in this cooperation, but also with this computerized system the company would attain enormous advantages since they are capable of doing those activities effectively and efficiently.
Therefore, the use of computerized system is so much better than manual one because it can make the system runs smoothly, effectively and efficiently and indeed, the current loan system is more conductive than the prior system.

E-Commerce merupakan salah satu konsep yang cukup berkembang dalam transaksi jual beli secara elektronik melalui media internet. Penggunaan sistem ini sebenarnya dapat menguntungkan banyak pihak, baik pihak konsumen, produsen maupun penjual (retail). Konsep online shopping menyediakan banyak kemudahan dan kelebihan. Hal ini lebih praktis apabila dibandingkan pelanggan berbelanja secara tradisional, yaitu konsumen datang sendiri ke toko.
Toko Istana Baby bergerak di bidang penjualan perlengkapan bayi, untuk mengembangkan usahanya dibutuhkan sebuah website sebagai informasi dan memasarkan produk-produknya, karena dengan menggunakan website, para pelanggan dapat langsung mengakses website tersebut tanpa harus datang ke Toko Istana Baby untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang produk-produknya ataupun melakukan transaksi penjualan. Hal ini juga membuat lebih mudah untuk sumber daya manusia yang bekerja di pengolahan data dan lebih akurat, efisien dan efektif.

Dalam era globalisasi sekarang ini, teknologi informasi melaju dengan cepatnya. Adapun komputer yang merupakan peralatan yang diciptakan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan manusia, saat mencapai kemajuan baik di dalam pembuatan hardware maupun software PT. Tipa Arena Citra membutuhkan sekali adanya suatu sistem informasi yang menunjang untuk kecepatan dan ketertiban Administrasi . Untuk itulah penulis mencoba membuat Tugas Akhir mengenai sistem penggajian SPG di PT. Tipa Arena Citra yang sampai saat ini belum terkomputerisasi. Sistem yang ada pada PT. Tipa Arena Citra ini masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari rekapitulasi absen, perhitungan absen, proses pelaporan sampai dengan penyimpanan data – data lainnya yang berhubungan dengan proses penggajian ini, sehingga memungkinkan pada saat proses berlangsung terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan, kurang akuratnya laporan yang dibuat dan keterlambatan dalam pencarian data-data yang diperlukan. Komputerisasi sistem merupakan solusi yang terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan – permasalahan yang ada pada perusahaan ini, serta dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi dapat tercapai suatu kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang aktifitas pada perusahaan ini. Maka dari itu dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi lebih baik dari sistem yang manual agar berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien serta sistem penggajian yang sekarang lebih kondusif dibandingkan dengan sistem yang terdahulu.

In today’s era of globalization, information technology moving so quickly. The computers that are tools created to facilitate the work of man, while good progress in making the hardware and software PT. Tipa Arena requires very image of an information system that support for the speed and order of administration. For this reason the author tried to make Task End of SPG payroll system in PT. Tipa Arena image until now not yet computerized. The existing system on PT. Tipa Arena this image is still done manually, from the recapitulation absent, absent calculations, the reporting process to the storage of data - other data associated with this payroll process, enabling the process occurs when an error in recording, less accurate reports created and delays in searching the data needed. Computerized system is the best solution to solve the problem - the problem in this company, and with a computerized system can be achieved with an activity that is effective and efficient in supporting the activities of this company. Thus with a computerized system is better than a manual system to run more effective and efficient payroll system that is now more conducive than the previous system.

The computers that are tools created to facilitate the work of man, while good progress in making the hardware and software PT. Tipa Arena requires very image of an information system that support for the speed and order of administration. For this reason the author tried to make Task End of SPG payroll system in PT. Tipa Arena image until now not yet computerized. The existing system on PT. Tipa Arena this image is still done manually, from the recapitulation absent, absent calculations, the reporting process to the storage of data - other data associated with this payroll process, enabling the process occurs when an error in recording, less accurate reports created and delays in searching the data needed. Computerized system is the best solution to solve the problem - the problem in this company, and with a computerized system can be achieved with an activity that is effective and efficient in supporting the activities of this company. Thus with a computerized system is better than a manual system to run more effective and efficient payroll system that is now more conducive than the previous system.

Dengan majunya teknologi yang menuntut kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam mengelola data serta informasi yang cepat dan akurat, makapenggunaan computer akan membantu meningkatkan pelaksanaan kegiatan pekerjaan, terutama dalam pengolahan data yang akan menghasilkan informasi yang cepat dan akura, tanpa menyita banyak waktu, tenega dan biaya.
Pada PT. XYZ dalam system peneriman karyawan baru, memiliki permasalahan tersendiri dalam pengolahan datanya, yaitu masih menggunakan sistem manual dengan cara mencatatnya di dalam buku besar. Dengan timbulnya masalah tersebut, maka penulis merancang suatu program penerimaan karyawan komputerisasi. Dengan adanya komputerisasi tentu saja dalam pengolahan datanya akan lebih efektif, memperkecil kesalahan, dan data yang dihasilkan selalu baru.
Penggunaan sistem berbasis computer akan lebih meningkatkan mutu pelayanan suatu perusahaan terhadap pengolahan maupun manajer tingkat atas. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penulis berkeinginan untuk membahas aplikasi program Visual Basic 6.0 kedalam suatu pelayanan yang ada pada penerimaan klaryawan pada perusahan atau aplikasi program kedalam manajemen pelayanan yang ada pada Penerimaan karyawan baru.

Perkembangan zaman sekarang yang semakin cepat diberbagai bidang membawa perubahan yang sangat besar dalam kehidupan kita. Pemanfaatan tekhnologi dengan maksimal dapat digunakan sebagai penunjang kegiatan bisnis.
Termasuk dalam bisnis perpustakaan yang sampai saat ini belum banyak memanfaatkan kemajuan tekhnologi yang ada dalam kegiatan usahanya.
Perpustakaan “SMA ATTAQWA” adalah salah satu perpustakaan yang masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam kegiatan transaksi Peminjaman Buku. Mulai dari peminjaman buku sampai transaksi pengembaliannya masih dilakukan dengan manual, sehingga kemungkinan terjadinya kesalahan pada saat proses tersebut berlangsung. Selain itu sistem transaksi yang masih manual membuat ketidakakurat dan keterlambat pengelolaan perpustakaan dalam memperoleh segala informasi yang berhubungan dengan Peminjaman buku karena harus mencari terlebih dahulu berkas transaksinya.
Maka penulis mencoba membuat Perancangan Program Peminjaman Buku Pada Perpustakaan SMA ATTAQWA dengan menggunakan Microfoft Visual Basic 6.0 sebagai solusi yang terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada pada perpustakaan tersebut, dapat meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisien dalam bekerja. Program ini dimulai dari penginputan data anggota, dilanjutkan dengan peminjaman buku, dan pengembalian buku, perperiode tertentu.

Dalam era globalisasi sekarang ini, teknologi informasi melaju dengan cepatnya. Adapun komputer yang merupakan peralatan yang diciptakan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan manusia, saat mencapat kemajuan baik di dalam pembuatan hardware maupun software.
PT. Cahya Fajar Pelangi membutuhkan sekali adanya suatu sistem informasi yang menunjang dan memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan bagi para pelanggan. Untuk itulah penulis mencoba membuat Tugas Akhir mengenai sistem pengadaan barang di PT. Cahya Fajar Pelangi yang sampai saat ini belum terkomputerisasi.
Pada saat ini PT. Cahya Fajar Pelangi hanya berupa perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang distributor penjualan tunai alat tulis kantor (ATK), alat elektronik, komputer dan lain-lain. Sistem yang ada pada PT. Cahya Fajar Pelangi ini masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari pencatatan pembelian barang dari supplier, pencatatan pelanggan yang membeli barang sampai penyimpanan data-data lainnya yang berhubungan dengan proses pembelian dan penjualan hingga sampai pembuatan laporan, sehingga memungkinkan pada saat proses berlangsung terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan, kurang akuratnya laporan yang dibuat dan keterlambatan dalam pencarian data-data yang diperlukan.
Komputerisasi sistem merupakan solusi yang terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada pada perusahaan ini, serta dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi dapat tercapai suatu kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang aktifitas pada perusahaan ini.
Maka dari itu dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi lebih baik dari sistem yang manual agar berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien serta sistem pengadaan yang sekarang lebih kondusif dibandingkan dengan sistem yang terdahulu.

That is why the writer tries to make her Final Assignment concerning with the goods supplying system in PT. Cahya Fajar Pelangi which is up to now the company has not applied the computerized system yet.
At this moment, PT. Cahya Fajar Pelangi is a company which is operating in distributor of cash selling of office equipment, electronics equipment, computer, etc. The system which is being applied now in this company still done manually, starting from the registration of purchasing from the suppliers, the registration of customers who buy goods, the handling of other records or data related to the purchasing and selling process until the phase of making the reports, one of those phases might trigger some mistakes in doing the registration, less of accurateness from the reports made by and the lateness in finding required data or documents.
The computerized system is not only the best solution to solve some problems appeared in this company, but also with this computerized system the company would attain enermous advantages since they are capable of doing those activities effectively and efficiently.
Therefore, the use of computerized system is so much better than the manual one because it can make the system runs smoothly, effectively and efficiently and indeed, the current supplying system is more conducive than the prior system.

Dalam era globalisasi ini komputer sangat dibutuhkan terutama dalam dunia kesehatan. Apotik Persada selaku perusahaan dibidang jual beli obat sudah menggunakan komputer untuk mengolah data. Permasalahannya yaitu masih terjadi kesalahan ketik dan kesalahan menghitung karena kurang teliti dengan data yang begitu banyak.
Didalam pembuatan Skripsi ini penulis mempunyai maksud yaitu mempermudah pengolahan data obat, mempermudah transaksi penjualan obat, meningkatkan kualitas input data dan data output.
Salah satu strategi yang sering dipakai sebagai model proses atau paradigma rekayasa perangkat lunak yaitu dengan menggunakan model waterfall. Model waterfall merupakan pendekatan perangkat lunak yang sistematik dan sekuensial yang dimulai dari tahap analisis, desain, kode, pengujian, dan pemeliharaaan.

Salah satu contoh masalah yang penulis ambil adalah cara pendaftaran pada SMK AL-Basyariah yang masih manual yaitu calon siswa masih harus datang ke sekolah untuk melakukan pendaftaran. Oleh karena itu, penulis disini ingin mempermudah sistem kerja pendaftaran dengan membuat web sekolah tentang pendaftaran secara online.
Metode yang digunakan adalah metode SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) yaitu metode yang digunakan untuk menguji coba sebuah solusi kombinasi tahapan baru untuk mengatasi masalah proses pengembangan sistem informasi yang lambat.
Jadi, dengan dibuatnya web sekolah ini penulis berharap bisa membantu mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pendaftaran calon siswa baru tanpa mengurangi keakuratan data calon siswa. Therefore, the authors here want to make the system work by creating a web of school enrollment on the registration online by using SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) is the method used to test a new stage combined solution to overcome the problem of information system development process is slow . So, the authors made this school web hoping to help simplify and speed up the process of candidate registration of new students without reducing the accuracy of the data of prospective students. And the author appealed to school administrators in order to keep this web maintenance so it can continue to assist in improving the quantity and quality of this school.

Small and medium-sized tourism enterprise have seen the emergence and popularity of worldwide electronic markets on the Internet as an opportunity to improve their competitive position. However, there are several barriers which prevent small hospitality organizations form taking advantage of IT and the Internet. This paper reports on an online reservation system which introduces Internet technology to a small hotel located in a region of Bogor as well as denotes a re-engineering of some of its business processes. The system, which features customer online reservation services, was a user-friendly, inexpensive solution especially designed for the purpose of small and medium-sized hospitality organizations with little prior IT knowledge.

PEMBUATAN ALAT KONTROL LAMPU OTOMATIS DAN PENGHITUNG ORANG DALAM RUANGAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MIKROKONTROLER AT89S52 DAN SENSOR INFRARED
ABTRAKSI
Tugas akhir ini adalah untuk membuat pengontrol otomatis yang didasarkan untuk menghitung jumlah orang yang mengunjungi ruangan tertentu dan dengan demikian menerangi ruangan. Di sini kita bisa menggunakan sensor dan dapat mengetahui jumlah orang yang hadir.
Dalam dunia sekarang ini, ada kebutuhan terus-menerus untuk peralatan otomatis dengan peningkatan standar hidup, ada rasa mendesak untuk mengembangkan sirkuit yang akan memudahkan kompleksitas kehidupan.
Maka jika pada satu atau semua ingin mengetahui jumlah orang yang hadir di ruangan agar tidak ada kemacetan. Sirkuit ini terbukti sangat membantu.
Pembuatan Alat Kontrol Lampu Otomatis Dan Penghitung Orang Dalam Ruangan Dengan Menggunakan Mikrokontroler AT89S52 Dan Sensor Infrared adalah sirkuit handal yang mengambil alih tugas mengontrol lampu kamar serta kita menghitung jumlah orang dalam ruangan. Ketika seseorang masuk ke ruang maka penghitungnya bertambah satu dan lampu dalam kamar akan posisi hidup dan ketika ada orang yang meninggalkan ruangan maka penghitung berkurang satu. Lampu hanya akan mati sampai semua orang di ruangan keluar. Jumlah orang di dalam ruangan juga ditampilkan pada display seven segmen.

In today's world, there is a need constantly to automated equipment with improved living standards, there is a sense of urgency to develop a circuit that will ease the complexity of life.
So if at one or all want to know the number of people present in the room so that no congestion. This circuit proved to be very helpful.
Automatic Lighting Control Instrument Making And Counters People In Room By Using Infrared Sensors Microcontroller AT89S52 Dan is a reliable circuit that takes over the task of controlling the room lights, and we count the number of people in the room. When someone entered the room then its counter is incremented by one and will position the lamp in the living room and when there are people who leave the room then the counter decreases one. Lights will only die until everyone in the room out. The number of people in the room are also displayed on seven segment display.

KOMPUTERISASI SISTEM PENGGAJIAN PEKERJA PADA DANA PENSIUN BRI JAKARTA
ABSTRAKSI
Komputer sebagai media informasi keberadaannya dari tahun ketahun selalu mengalami perkembangan-perkembangan yang terjadi tersebut memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap semua bidang, karena komputer dapat dijadikan sebagai alat bantu untuk medukung evaluasi, serta analisa dan efektifitas dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. pencatatan dan perhitungan pada perusahaan atau dunia usaha yang belum terkomputerisasi banyak menimbulkan masalah terutama dalam penggunaan waktu ketika mengolah data yang cukup besar. Hal ini dirasakan pada Dana Pensiun BRI ketika melakukan pencatatan dan pengolahan data pembayaran gaji pekerja, membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama pada saat data dicatat saat dibutuhkan kembali, sehingga terjadi kurang efesien waktu yang diperlukan.
Dengan adanya program aplikasi komputer, maka akan mempermudah pemecahan suatu masalah atau pemecahannya menjadi lebih cepat dan efesien. Kemungkinan terjadi kesalahan dalam penanganan data –data transaksi menjadi lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan penanganan secara manual. Data-data transaksi menjadi lebih terorganisir, sehingga apabila diperlukan informasi yang diinginkan akan tersedia dengan cepat dan akurat serta efesien bagi lingkungan manajemen suatu perusahaan. Sebuah program aplikasi yang baik adalah program aplikasi yang mampu memenuhi segala kebutuhan dari pengguna serta dapat menampung dalam jumlah besar ( Data Oriented ). Untuk lebih mengoptimalkan penggunaan komputer sebagai alat bantu dalam suatu perusahaan, maka disarankan untuk membangun sebuah program yang dibuat khusus sebagai sarana penunjang untuk menangani data-data transaksi pembayaran gaji ini. Dalam pemilihan software yang digunakan untuk membangun sebuah program hendaknya disesuaikan dengan kemampuan penguasaan dan pemahaman akan software tersebut. Pembuatan program haruslah interaktif dalam arti pemakai harus tahu dan mengerti tentang proses yang sedang dijalankan program dari tampilan yang ada,. Dalam mengatasi masalah keusangan sistem, maka pengguna dianjurkan untuk memperbaharui sebagaian program aplikasi yang ada untuk melengkapi kelemahan dari program secara berkala.

This matter is felt at Dana Pensiun BRI when record-keeping and data processing of payment salary, requiring sufficient time at the time of the data noted by a momentre-required, is so that happened less be its efficient is time that is needed. With existence of applikation program computer, hence will water down resolving of problem or execution become efficient and quicker. Possibility of the happening of mistake in handling of data of transaction of payment become smaller if compared to by a handling in the manual. Data of transaction become more organized, so that if needed by information of the desired will be made available swiftly and efficient accurate and also for environment of management of company. A good application progam is application program capable to fulfill all requirement of the consumer and also can accommodate in gross (Data Orientad).
To more optimal use of computare as a means of assist in company, is hence suggested to build a program made special as medium of supporter to handle data of transaction of payment salary. In election of software used to build program shall be adapted for by abilty of domination and understnding of the software. Making of program shall interactive in meaning of wearer have to know and understand about process which is being run by program from existing appearance. In overcoming problem of system obsolescence, hence the comsumer suggested to innovate some existing application program to equip feebleness from periodical program.

Data-data transaksi menjadi lebih terorganisir, sehingga apabila diperlukan informasi yang diinginkan akan tersedia dengan cepat dan akurat serta efesien bagi lingkungan manajemen suatu perusahaan. Sebuah program aplikasi yang baik adalah program aplikasi yang mampu memenuhi segala kebutuhan dari pengguna serta dapat menampung dalam jumlah besar ( Data Oriented ). Koperasi Pegawai Departemen Koperasi Jakarta tentunya membutuhkan sistem komunikasi dan pengolahan data yang baik, untuk menunjang proses pengambilan keputusan dan kegiatan material untuk itulah penulis mencoba membuat Tugas Akhir mengenai Sistem Peminjaman Pada Koperasi pegawai Departemen koperasi Jakarta Selatan yang sampai saat ini belum terkomputerisasi.
Pada saat ini Koperasi pegawai Departemen koperasi Jakarta Selatan bergerak dalam bidang koperasi, khususnya dibagian peminjaman masih dilakukan secara manual. Mulai dari input data, transaksi dan pembuatan laporan. Tentunya akan memperlambat aktifitas dan efisiensi kerja yang berdampak pada kurang maksimalnya hasil yang diinginkan dicapai.
Komputerisasi sistem merupakan solusi yang terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada pada dunia koperasi. Serta dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi dapat dicapai suatu kegiatan teknik pengolahan data yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang segala aktifitasnya dalam hal persediaan.
Maka dari itu dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi lebih baik dari sistem yang manual agar lebih efektif dan efisien yang lebih kondusif dibandingkan dengan sistem yang terdahulu.
